Bungie’s 2007 first-person shooter Halo 3 will be free on Xbox Live for Gold subscribers beginning October 16, Microsoft announced today. The game normally sells for $15.
Microsoft confirmed last week that Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes would be free on Xbox Live October 1-15, but did not reveal the second free title of the month until today.
The free games are part of Microsoft’s new Games With Gold program that gives Xbox Live Gold subscribers two free titles each month until December 31. Users can keep the games forever.
